It is the intent of the South Carolina Quality Forum to provide all South Carolina organizations with an appropriate level of assessment, learning, improvement and recognition. The Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria is the tool used in this process. To that end, the Forum Steering Committee has approved the expansion of the current process to two levels in which organizations can apply. These levels are: Explorer and South Carolina Governor's Quality Award.
