PAUL WORSTELL, BUSINESS COACH
Paul Worstell, retired from PRO-TEC Coating Company in Leipsic, Ohio, a joint venture partnership of U. S. Steel and Kobe Steel, Ltd. of Japan after serving as the company president for 12 years. Before joining PRO-TEC, he spent 26 years with U. S. Steel’s operations in the Pittsburgh region. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Mt. Union College in Alliance, Ohio, in 1970 and a master’s of business administration from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio in 1999.
Mr. Worstell serves as chair of the Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center Board of Trustees, he serves on the Board of Trustees of The Ohio Partnership for Excellence, The Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award Foundation, The Findlay YMCA, Pastoral Council at St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Findlay and The University of Findlay College of Business Advisory Board. He has lectured at The University of Findlay, Mt. Union College and Ohio Northern University on topics of Leadership. He has served as an adjunct professor in Leadership at the University of Findlay. Mr. Worstell serves as an examiner for the Ohio Partnership for Excellence. Since PRO-TEC’s receipt of the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) in 2007, Mr. Worstell has traveled as a keynote speaker at many MBNQA related conferences around the United States discussing the topics of leadership and best practices.

Paul Grizzell is President of Core Values Partners, Inc., a consulting firm that helps organizations focus, align, and accelerate their performance excellence efforts through effective use of the Baldrige Criteria. Paul focuses on helping organizations identify and address their Strengths and Opportunities for Improvement in a manner that drives performance improvement.
Paul has been involved with Baldrige-based performance improvement for 18 years. He is an Alumni Examiner on the Baldrige Award Board of Examiners and helps train Baldrige Examiners.
He is a Judge for the Performance Excellence Network (the quality award program for South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota), the Illinois Performance Excellence Award, and the American Health Care Association Quality Award. He is also an Assessor and Licensed Advisor for the European Quality Award.
Paul has worked with many organizations that are state and national Baldrige Award recipients. Paul is a contributing author to Insights to Performance Excellence, An Inside Look at the Baldrige Award Criteria, published by the American Society for Quality.
