South Carolina Quality Forum, an affiliate of the South Carolina
Chamber
of Commerce, was formed in 1991 to recognize and encourage improvements
in quality and productivity by organizations throughout the state. VISION Provide quality leadership and raise quality standards to allow all South Carolina organizations to compete on the world stage. MISSION To promote quality and performance excellence throughout South Carolina by recognizing those organizations who have met the high quality expectations of the South Carolina Governor’s Quality Award, the Milliken Medal of Quality, the South Carolina Champion of Excellence and other appropriate improvement opportunity awards. The Quality Forum's strategies for achieving its mission include: The South Carolina Forum will recognize achievements of those organizations that improve the quality of their goods and services and/ or set an example of innovation for others to follow. By providing feedback and establishing benchmarks for self-assessment, the Recognition Process will help stimulate organizations to obtain a competitive edge in a global economy. |
